At Jewelri, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new jewelry isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original designer packaging and secure it inside a padded shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
